But there are several other great synth-pop tracks. The whole album sounds better to my ears the older I get, and the more I play this one.

Just got back from viewing a possible new rental apartment. Still a “basement” suite (😢) but it seems to have more light than the dungeon I'm in. *Significantly* more expensive (for the same small space) but laid out better. House and suite are both brand new and landlord is an “older gentleman" and his wife. Hopefully, they'll want to meet with me.
